Aurelina Canidae.
Really though, this Canidae here is "my version" of someone else's character -- that is, I've taken a few liberties. The original character was Zootopia's new mayor, but since I've got Swinton, I write Canidae as being a councilwoman and candidate clamoring for the Mayoral seat.
She's dry, has a sharp eye, and knows how to work the less scrupulous angles to get what she wants.
Fortunately for Sue, she's also more clueless than she lets on and is easily swept away, or worse, starstruck. Rumor is she's fallen hard for pop celebrity Gazelle.

Though I never delved much into their rivalry, I imagine Swinton and Canidae go at it quite regularly.
